Report an error, and how we fix it
FrameReady deals with data that changes, like unreleased game requirements and live server status. When something is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it quickly and show that it changed.
How to report an error
Email contact@frame-ready.com with the page URL and what looks wrong. A link to a better source helps, but is not required. Screenshots are useful for tool results and status pages.
How we handle it
- We check the claim against the current official source or a fresh measurement.
- If it is wrong, we fix the page and update its evidence label and reviewed date.
- If a prediction has been confirmed or replaced, we swap it for the official value.
- If a page is stale and cannot be verified, we mark it outdated or remove it from indexing.
Predicted data becomes official over time
A lot of FrameReady content starts as a labeled prediction because the game has no confirmed requirements yet. This is not an error. When the publisher posts real numbers, the prediction is replaced and the label changes from predicted to official. Themethodology page explains what each label means.
